Our Policies We want every customer to have a pleasant & comfortable online shopping experience with us. Our policies are as follows: PAYMENTS We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our secure server on your credit card with shipping to the billing address of the card. Credit cards and electronic checks are also accepted through PayPal with shipping to your PayPal address. Please send a money order for shipments to an address other than the PayPal or credit card billing address. Sorry, NO personal/business checks are accepted through the mail. SHIPPING Shipping is calculated by the total order weight and your shipping zone. You will need to enter your address so that shipping cost can be calculated. Before completing the submission of an order, you are given a choice of shipping options and their various costs. We are currently using UPS or USPS. With UPS, a physical street address will be required since they do not deliver to PO Boxes. USPS APPROXIMATE TRANSIT TIMES 2 to 10 business days to your location depending upon type of delivery chosen. This is the approximate number of business days (Sundays are not included), Parcel Post, First Class & Priority deliveries are NOT day guaranteed. For Day Guaranteed Delivery, choose USPS Express Mail. UPS APPROXIMATE TRANSIT TIMES NOTE: Map below. Approximate number of business days (weekends are not included), Ground Residential deliveries are NOT day guaranteed. For Day Guaranteed Delivery, choose UPS 3 day, 2nd Day or Next Day Delivery Options.
During holidays, due to the increase in packages sent,
add at least 2 extra transit days for any type of shipping other than Day Guaranteed. 
TAX Georgia residents will have 7% sales tax added to the total of their order. DAMAGED ITEMS We take great pride and care in packaging and shipping the items we sell and the vast majority arrive in excellent condition. However, if a problem does arise, our policy is that an item damaged by the carrier is covered by insurance and will be replaced. Defective items may be returned for replacement. If item is not available, a refund will be issued. RETURNING AN ITEM You may return any defective item for exchange within 3 days of receipt of item as long as it is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Items that need to be assembled cannot be returned, once assembled. You will need to email us at support@calicodecor.com for a Return Authorization number prior to sending the item back. Upon receipt, an exchange will be sent. We do not offer exchanges on items over issues of color. EMAIL Our email response time is usually within 24-48 hours, depending on the volume received. We answer them as quickly as possible. Your email is important to us and we do answer all emails received. If you have not received an answer within this time frame, please send another email since the first may not have made it through to us.
