How do I search for an item?
Go to the top right of the page under "Search" and enter the item number, any word or product name in the space provided and click "Go". Or, you can click on the "Shop Now" categories on the left of the page or "Theme" categories at the bottom of the Home page to find items.
How do I shop online?
1). Bring up the image of the item you want to order by clicking on any of the categories on the left panel under "Shop Now" or the "Theme" categories on the Home Page. You can also use the "Search" at the top right of the page using a keyword, item number or product name to find the item. 2). Change the quantity desired clicking on the number from the drop-down menu, then click on "Add to Cart" and it will bring up the "View Shopping Cart" screen. If all the information in the Shopping Cart is correct click on the "Continue Checkout" or if registered, "Member Checkout" button and it will bring up the Billing screen or Member Login. To continue shopping, click on the "Search" or "Continue Shopping" button. 3). Fill in all the required fields on the "Billing Information" screen. If item is to be shipped to another address and you intend to pay using a money order, click on the "Ship to A Different Address" button, at the bottom of the cart and it will bring up the alternate "Shipping Information" screen. Or, to continue click on the "Payment Method" button to proceed. Choose the appropriate credit card, "PayPal" or "Money Order/Cashiers Check" to continue. 4). You will then review the order details and various shipping options and prices. Choose the shipping method desired. If adjustments need to be made to the order, click on "View Cart" to make any necessary changes. When finished, click on "Place Order". The order will not be placed until you click on this button. You will receive the final invoice on-screen and will receive an email confirmation, as well. To pay with PayPal, scroll down to the "PayPal-Click Now to Pay" button which will take you to their secure online payment services and follow the instructions. Or, mail payment in the form of a money order/cashiers check to the address provided.
Do I have to register to place an order?
No, but once registered you may use your password to check on the status of your order and to place orders more quickly in the future.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by the total order weight and your shipping zone. You will need to enter your address so that shipping cost can be calculated. Before completing the submission of an order, you are given a choice of shipping options and their costs. We use UPS or USPS. With UPS, a physical street address will be required since they do not deliver to PO Boxes.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Visa through our secure server. Credit cards, electronic checks and tranfers from a checking account are also accepted through PayPal. Checks are held and returned with shipment once an acceptable form of payment has been received.
Can my order be shipped to a different address?
We can ship to any physical street address of your choosing to the Lower 48 States when payment is made with a money order. When using a credit card or PayPal, the order will be shipped to the credit card billing address or Confirmed address on file with PayPal which is Confirmed by PayPal as being your address through a credit card billing address or alternate methods. This is for your security as well as ours since internet sales do not require signatures or IDs. Confirming your address is easy to do and only takes a few minutes. However, we can only accept one shipping address per order. A new order will need to be created for each address that you'd like merchandise shipped to.
Is my online order secure?
Absolutely. Our secure server, Authorize.net and PayPal uses the most advanced security encryption technology when sending your payment information over the internet. This technology is state-of-the-art.
What should I expect once I place an online order?
Once you submit your order, we will email you confirming that we have received your order. We will email you a second time notifying you that your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once you register at Calico Decor & More, you will be able to check the status of any orders you have placed. To check the status of orders through our website, click on the "Account" button located in the bar at the top of the page. "Login" with your email address and password, then click "OK". Scroll down the page to "Order History", then click on the order number you wish to check on.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click on the "Forgot" button and it will be emailed to you or contact us at support@calicodecor.com.
Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
You cannot cancel your submitted order through our website. Please email our Customer Service Department at sales@calicodecor.com. Be sure to include your customer order number in the email. We will be able to cancel it for you if it has not yet been shipped.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great pride and care in packaging and shipping the items we sell and the vast majority arrive in excellent condition. However, if a problem does arise, our policy is that an item damaged by the carrier is covered by insurance and will be replaced. Defective items may be returned for replacement. If item is not available, a refund will be issued. We must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the item of any damages or defects.
If I am not happy with my purchase, may I return it?
Yes, we want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 5 days of receipt of item as long as it is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Items that need to be assembled cannot be returned, once assembled. You will need to email us at support@calicodecor.com for a Return Authorization number prior to shipping the item back to us. Upon receipt, an exchange, refund or credit will be issued for the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Does Calico Decor & More have a retail store?
We will be opening a retail store sometime this fall in Lithia Springs, GA. Presently, our items are only available online.
